The Darke County Job and Family Services (DCJFS) is seeking competitive proposals for vendor(s) to provide contractual non-emergency transportation service to Darke County Medicaid Consumers for the State Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026, and running through June 30, 2027. DCJFS will accept proposals at 631 Wagner Ave., Greenville, OH 45331, until 3:30 p.m. EST on May 29, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted. Request for Proposal packets are available to interested parties at the DCJFS during normal business hours.
